Project description

WHAT?
This course is for junior data scientists or ML engineers looking to level up their coding and collaboration skills

The goals of this course are to gain knowledge and skills in
  • the fundamentals of Git and its application in ML and AI development
  • best practices for code versioning, branching, and merging
  • efficient collaboration techniques for teams working on ML projects
  • integration of Git with popular ML tools and platforms

As an Instructional Designer, I not only created the course but also learned a lot from it.
Now I am proficient in:
- Using CLI commands;
- Contributing to open-source projects via Git;
- Collaborating through GitLab and GitHub;
- Forking, cloning, and creating merge requests.

WHY?
There are a lot of resources about GIt, but it's important to systematize all the knowledge and expose this topic specifically to a narrow Target Audience of ML engineers.

HOW?
To do this project I have done the following:
  1. Conduct an interview with a subject matter expert;
  2. Created a skillset and learning program
  3. Gathered all the information and redesigned the content due to skillset;
  4. Created practical parts (quizzes and final practical assignment);
  5. Created schemes, images, voiceover, and GSlides to make videos;
  6. Preparing practical tutorials by Markdown markup language in Visual Studio Code and uploading them on GitHub pages;
  7. Uploaded the content to LMS - LearnWorlds.
